The region around Adelboden is home to some of Switzerland’s best food producers. As a matter of course, we always strive to use the finest ingredients sourced from within a few miles of the hotel. We are proud that the “food miles“ racked up while stocking our kitchens are negligible. On our evening menu, you will find detailed information about the provenance of our products.
